There are many pointing out that certain remarks and behaviors lack any "real understanding."
Using nonduality as an elevated platform to point at conditioned behavior, declaring how unenlightened it is, is itself just more conditioned behavior… not insight, not realization, just another stance.
Nonduality doesn't take stances. No behavior is nonduality in action… it isn't choosing to act a certain way, nor is it disliking what has been done. Any behavior can arise, including judgment, exactly the same as whatever act is being judged. This neither signals spiritual superiority nor inferiority, both terms that don't mean anything here. It's all just conditioning, playing out however it plays out.
Of course there will always be arguing amongst "egos" in nonduality circles. Thoughts arise about knowing this and that better… that's just thought convincing itself it's right, with nothing to do with being an "awakened being."
This kind of talk is precisely what gets labeled ego, yet nonduality doesn't care either way… it's just what the judgments and arguments show up in. It's only thought doing what thought does.
There's no floor to it… judgments, judgments of judgments, more judgments of those judgments, and so on.
Believing yourself to be above judgment is still a judgment… taking a stance to call someone else "unenlightened" is still just a stance. There are no enlightened beings making some enlightened judgment call, just the same old conditioning posing as insight, including whatever is being said in this very post, no exceptions… that's just the nature of the appearance. Understanding nonduality doesn't fix anything, doesn't make a better behavior, and it doesn't matter… only ideas about what it all means and what it should be say otherwise.
It shows up here, it shows up there, and none of it is "awakening" in action. Nonduality doesn't do anything, it simply is, and all of this unfolds within it, entirely on its own. It's not even irony, it's just what passes through.
